These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, filming, editing, and delivery of video products provided by YULIMOVIE ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order and/or making payment, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
1) WHO CAN ORDER
If the athlete is a minor, the Client confirms they are the parent/legal guardian or have permission to order and receive the videos.
2) DEFINITIONS
- Event: the competition/show where the routine takes place.
- Routine / Performance: one competitive routine (one "dance") by one athlete (or one team only if we explicitly confirm team filming in writing).
- Full Routine Video ("Full"): one continuous video of the entire routine, delivered as one file.
- Short Highlight Video ("Short"): an edited short-form video up to 30 seconds featuring the best moments.
- Combo: Full + Short for the same Routine at a discounted price.
- Order: a confirmed purchase of Full and/or Short (or Combo) for a specific Routine.
- Delivery: providing finished files via a cloud link and/or messenger transfer.
3) PRODUCTS (VIDEO ONLY) — WHAT YOU RECEIVE
All videos are delivered in vertical format (9:16).
A) SHORT HIGHLIGHT (up to 30 seconds)
- Length: up to 30 seconds (final length is chosen by us to best fit the highlight moments).
- Format: vertical 9:16, optimized for TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.
- Editing: dynamic highlight montage; basic light/color adjustments if needed.
- Not included: full routine recording, raw/unedited footage, multiple camera angles, background replacement, complex VFX, "full re-cut" requests, or longer versions unless agreed as a paid custom add-on.
B) FULL ROUTINE VIDEO (complete performance)
- Length: the entire routine from start to finish (one continuous file).
- Format: vertical 9:16.
- Editing: basic trim at the beginning/end; minor technical adjustments if needed. No highlight montage by default.
- Not included: raw footage, multiple angles, cinematic montage, guaranteed perfect unobstructed framing (see Section 8).
ONE ROUTINE = ONE ORDER UNIT. Each Short or Full covers only ONE routine/performance. If the athlete performs multiple routines, each routine requires a separate order.
4) PRICING (AED) + COMBO DISCOUNT
Standard prices per routine:
- Full Routine Video: 100 AED
- Short Highlight Video: 150 AED
- Combo (Full + Short for the same routine): 239 AED
Short and Full are separate deliverables and are paid separately unless you choose Combo. Prices may change in the future; your price is locked once your payment is received and the Order is confirmed.
5) BOOKING / REGISTRATION (MUST BE BEFORE THE ROUTINE STARTS)
Orders must be placed BEFORE the routine starts. Orders submitted after the routine begins may be declined.
Earlier registration usually increases the chance of earlier delivery because Orders are processed in a queue.
To register, send (minimum):
- athlete full name
- year of birth (for correct identification)
- category/program/apparatus (if applicable)
- event day/session/time (if known)
- your contact details (WhatsApp / Telegram / email)
Accuracy matters. Incorrect or late information may result in missed capture or wrong routine match (see Section 11).
6) PAYMENT (100% PREPAYMENT)
- 100% prepayment is required to confirm the Order (unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing).
- No previews, drafts, or files are delivered before payment.
- Payment/transfer/processing fees (if any) are covered by the Client unless stated otherwise.
7) DELIVERY TIME (QUEUE)
Estimated delivery time: 15–30 days after the Event.
Orders are processed in the order they are confirmed and paid. During large events/peak periods, delivery may take longer.
If you do not hear from us after the stated timeframe, please contact us.
8) EVENT & VENUE LIMITATIONS (IMPORTANT)
Filming conditions depend on:
- organizer rules and access restrictions,
- lighting, distance, obstacles (people/judges moving),
- schedule changes, security decisions, sudden policy changes.
Vertical format note (9:16): Both Short and Full are delivered vertically. Vertical framing prioritizes the athlete; full-floor visibility and perfectly unobstructed framing cannot be guaranteed in every venue situation.
Organizer restrictions: If the organizer/venue prohibits filming and/or distribution of any video (especially full routines), we will comply. This may affect deliverables and refunds (see Section 11).
9) DELIVERY METHOD + STORAGE
Delivery may be provided:
- via a cloud download link; and/or
- via direct transfer in WhatsApp/Telegram (when possible).
Cloud link availability: 30 days from the day we send it.
Archive storage: we keep finished files in our internal archive for up to 3 months. After 3 months, files may be deleted and recovery is not guaranteed.
Important notes:
- Messenger apps may compress video depending on how it is sent and their own rules.
- To preserve quality, we may send as a "file/document" where possible.
- If messenger transfer fails due to size limits or reduces quality, we will provide a cloud link instead.
10) REVISIONS (1 MINOR REVISION)
Short Highlight:
- Includes 1 minor revision if requested within 7 days after delivery.
- Examples of minor revisions: small trim, exporting a "no-music" version, minor brightness adjustment.
- Not included: background replacement, complex VFX, major re-cut, different editing style, longer version, or extensive change requests.
Full Routine:
- Revisions are not included, except fixing a technical issue (wrong file, corrupted export, obvious export mistake).
11) CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS (PRIORITY: REFUND)
Because this is a time-sensitive event capture service with digital deliverables, refunds are scenario-based:
A) We failed to capture due to our fault
If we fail to capture the routine due to our mistake or avoidable technical failure on our side: full refund for the undelivered item(s).
B) The routine did not happen / athlete did not perform
If the routine is cancelled, the athlete does not perform, or the performance is removed from schedule: refund for the undelivered item(s), minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable).
C) Organizer/venue restrictions prevent filming or distribution
If Full Routine delivery becomes impossible due to organizer/venue rules, but Short is allowed:
- Option 1: Refund for Full (100 AED), OR
- Option 2: Upgrade to Short by paying the difference (50 AED).
If you purchased Combo (239 AED) and Full becomes impossible but Short is allowed: we deliver Short and refund 89 AED (239 - 150).
If Short becomes impossible due to organizer/venue restrictions but Full is allowed: we deliver Full and refund 139 AED (239 - 100).
If filming/distribution is prohibited for all video: full refund for the affected item(s).
D) Incorrect details / late registration by Client
If the routine is missed or cannot be matched because the Client provided wrong details (name/category/session/time) or registered too late: refund is not guaranteed.
E) Visibility/lighting/obstruction issues
If the routine was captured and delivered, but the footage is partially obstructed or affected by poor lighting/venue limitations: this is not usually grounds for a refund (see Section 8). We may, at our discretion, offer partial credit in exceptional cases.
F) After delivery
Once the correct file is delivered, refunds are not provided due to "change of mind" or subjective preferences, except as required by mandatory law.
12) SOCIAL MEDIA CREDIT + INSTAGRAM COLLABS (CO-AUTHOR)
You are welcome to tag @YULIMOVIE when posting.
Instagram "Collab / Invite collaborator (co-author)" requests are optional:
- A Collab post requires the invited collaborator to accept the invite.
- Tagging or mentioning us is NOT the same as a Collab/co-author post.
- Acceptance of Collab invites is at our discretion and is NOT included as a paid deliverable. We may decline due to privacy, minors, account policy, or any other reason.
13) COPYRIGHT + USAGE LICENSE
We retain copyright/ownership of the created videos.
After full payment, the Client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- post on personal social media,
- share privately with family/friends,
- keep for personal archive.
Not allowed without written permission:
- commercial use (club advertising, sponsors, media, paid ads),
- selling or sublicensing the files,
- claiming authorship or misrepresenting the creator,
- using content in violation of event rules or applicable laws.
14) PORTFOLIO USE (OPT-OUT AVAILABLE)
Unless you opt out in writing BEFORE the routine/event, we may use short excerpts or still frames for YULIMOVIE portfolio/website/social media.
If you want opt-out, message us before the routine starts.
15) MUSIC & PLATFORM RESTRICTIONS
Short Highlights may include music (or can be delivered "no-music" upon request).
Social platforms may mute, restrict, or remove audio/video based on their own rules. We are not responsible for platform actions related to licensing or content policies.
16) FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to): organizer/venue restrictions, access denial, venue shutdown, schedule changes, security actions (including equipment restrictions), power or internet failures, or other unforeseen events that make filming or delivery impossible. If performance becomes impossible due to force majeure, we will apply Section 11 (refund/alternatives) where applicable.
17) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific undelivered item(s) in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
18) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (onshore), UAE, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
19) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your Order is the version in effect at the time your payment is received and the Order is confirmed.
