A) Data you provide
- Contacts: name, phone (WhatsApp), Telegram account, email, preferred language.
- Order and event data: event name/date, session/time (if known).
- Athlete data for identification: first/last name and year of birth (to avoid confusion), category/program/apparatus (if applicable).
- Messages: everything you send via the website form, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media.
Please do not send sensitive documents (passport, ID, medical data). We do not need them.
B) Video materials we create and deliver
- Finished videos (Short and/or Full) may include the athlete and (depending on the venue) other people in the background. Such materials may be personal data because people can be identified.
C) Payment-related data
- We may receive payment confirmation (amount, date, reference/transaction ID, payer name).
- We do not store bank card data. Payment is processed by your bank/payment provider.
D) Technical website data (if applicable)
- IP address, device/browser type, approximate location, pages visited, basic traffic statistics.
- Cookies (see Section 10).

- to accept and process your request/order, contact you;
- to correctly identify the routine and deliver the right file;
- support, questions, refunds/disputes;
- internal accounting and basic bookkeeping;

- Cloud download link: active for 30 days from the day we send it.
- Internal archive (finished files): stored up to 3 months. After 3 months, files may be deleted and recovery is not guaranteed.
- Order data/communication: kept as long as reasonably needed for support, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.
9) Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your data is at risk, please contact us.

We may use:
- essential cookies (for core site operation);
- analytics cookies (for statistics and site improvement), if analytics is enabled.
